These are more of the pictures his brother sent us of the ice storm. Amazing! He said that people out in the country ( my husband laughed when he said that) still don't have electricity. My husband said: "Mike, you live out in the country." Mike says, "No, I live in the city."
ummm way...... different perspectives of city and country living :)

Those pictures are amazing! I can't imagine still not having electricity!
The pictures really tell the story of nature's devastation.
I think that how soon or not soon you get back on line with the electricity is the measure of whether you are city or country.

If I had a choice I would always go for underground utilities. It makes SUCH a difference. Especially in inclement weather. We had our wires all run underground up in N.Idaho but there are areas that still have only above ground wires.
