As anyone from the South knows.... you eat Blackeyed Peas today, January 1st. They bring good luck. So I cooked our Blackeyed Peas meal tonight, Arizona style. It's nachos, cheeses, refried beans, hamburger and onions with "special seasonings", blackeyed peas, black olives, tomatoes, jalapenos, "special green verde sauce", sour cream..... It was delicious! And I hope brings lots of good luck!Wishing everyone the best for this new year. God Bless
