Just a note

Just a note from me to you;
Since April we have had company - First, his ex-wife and her husband, then my sister several times (the graduation and wedding), then the grand kids for over a month..... my husband throws a Labor Day party at our house (I do all the work) and we found yesterday hubby's brother is coming to stay with us in September. :(
The closed sign I published was for my house. I'm beginning to think we run a bed and breakfast (no one pays us though). If my visits aren't as frequent as before, I'm getting ready for the party and more company :(
I will still post (especially on Monday - I like coming up with words for letters). And Bandit's first birthday is coming up in September.... "the birthday girl." So is mine ( a BIG one).
Soooooo..... later alligator

I'm with ya girl. Hubby's family ALWAYS comes here on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. It used to be a big family reunion hosted by his grandparents but now it's only 10 or so people. Every year I say next year we're going out of town.
I love a good family get together but none of them want to cook, they bring deli food, and half of them won't even talk to each other. How much fun is that!

Love company, and love it when they are all gone too! Hope the Labor day party isn't too much work for you.

I understand this all too well. When we first moved back to florida, we had guests all the time. it slowed down and then we put in our pool and big addition then we had weekend guests again (about 2-3x a month) it can be exhausting. GOOD luck!!!

Well, seems like most of us have been in your shoes. Not a great time for you I am sure. I always enjoy your posts, so I will look for you and post when you can. Don't be such a good hostess!

Our big company month was July. We had people at our house every week (we live near the beach). It was nice but I did get a little tired - it's work!

Hang in there!

When I go to my home in Tucson, I won't be telling anyone I'm there.
Ha!
Glad to hear doing A-Z will be a stress relief for you. :)

Wow, you've been really busy and still more to do. I would have gone bonkers already. Seems there aren't enough hours in a day to do all I want and that's without visitors. Hope you can squeeze in some time just for you.
